Organize a technical quiz to test participants' knowledge in the field of computer science .
Budget:
Allocate rupees 20,000 for venue, prizes, marketing, and materials.

Preparation Phase:
Define Objectives:
The main objective is to promote technical knowledge in computer science .
Select Quiz Topics:
Topics like programming languages, algorithms, data structures, and
computer hardware WILL BE CHOSEN.

Date and Venue:

ON 24 SEPTEMBER at MP HALL that can accommodate 1000
participants .
Quizmaster:
Will Contact a computer science professor to be the quizmaster .

Quiz Format and Rules:

Quiz will have multiple-choice format with 50 questions and a time limit of 90
minutes.

Planning Phase:
Marketing and Promotion:
Will create a promotional plan using social media, email newsletters, and
flyers.
And will develop an online registration system on the event website.
Quiz Question Preparation:
Prepare a pool of 100 questions, ensuring a balanced mix of difficulty levels.
Execution Phase:
Scoring and Evaluation:
Designate scorers/judges to evaluate the answer sheets.
Calculate scores and need to keep track of participants' progress.
Breaks and Refreshments:
Will Provide refreshments during the breaks.
Feedback Collection:
Will thank my team mates, sponsors and volunteers. Collect feedback from
participants about the quiz content and organization
