3. When: On April 30, 2021 around 2:00 AM

Victim: Andrie Solimani Singh 30 years old, single, Indian national presently residing at
Brgy Pugto Tacloban City.

Suspect/s: Two unidentified motor riding in tandem

6. How: At about 2:00 AM a shooting incident transpired along the national highway of brgy
Pugto Tacloban City victimizing Andrie Solimani Singh, 30 years old, single, Indian National a
resident of Brgy Pugto Tacloban City. Initial Investigation conducted by the investigator
disclosed that while the victim was onboard of his single motorcycle coming from City
proper of Tacloban when upon reaching upon the bridge was suddenly shot by the two
unidentified malefactors riding a motorcycle that resulted him to crash down and
immediately the suspects fled headed towards the north direction, victim was rushed to the
nearby hospital but declared DOA by the attending physician.
