The BOSH is designed to enhance the knowledge of participants on the basic concepts and
principles of occupational safety and health (OSH) and enable them to take the first steps in
the planning and development of their company’s safety and health program.

The BLS is designed to enhance or provide knowledge to participants on the emergency care
and treatment given to a sick or injured person before more advance medical assistance
arrives. Further, this training helps the establishments comply with the requirements of the
Occupational Safety and Health Guidelines.

The training cost includes training materials, certificates, meals and kits. For more
