implementation. What are eight questions you might ask to determine the impact
of the decision and its success?

or business by responding to these questions and learning more about how successfully it
was implemented.

EIGHT QUESTIONS TO ASK TO DETERMINE THE IMPACT OF THE DECISION AND ITS
SUCCESS

1. What feedback have your team members, clients, or other stakeholders made on the
choice?
2. Who participated in the process of implementation? Were all interested parties consulted
and kept informed?
3. How was the decision put into action? Were there any unanticipated difficulties or
problems?
4. Has the choice have any unforeseen consequences?
5. What was the initial purpose or aim of the decision?
6. What measures or key performance indicators (KPIs) were used to assess the
effectiveness of the decision?
7. How have those KPIs and measurements evolved since the decision was made?
8. What impact has the choice had on different facets of the company or organization?
