2023 instructor today
through online
class. She shared
her screen to us
and showed us
the ppt. The
content of the ppt
included the class
rules, policies,
grading system
and more. It also
included our first
lesson which was
about physical
education/ fitness
and its
importance.
However, our
class was cut
short due to
Ma’am Lofranco’s
internet
connection at the
faculty. She
informed us via
group chat instead
about our video
examination
instead and
divided us into
groups.
08-31- We didn’t meet
2023 through online
class today
because Ma’am
Lofranco said that
we can use our PE
class time to make
some progress on
our video
examination. She
also gave us an
activity (task 1).

09-07- Exam week

2023 class face to face
today for the first
time. We did an
activity where we
had to make 6
exercises with 16
counts and
perform it as a
group. It was
grades
individually and as
a group. Our
group got 48.
Ma’am also
