Hereinafter referred to as the "Client".

1. Scope of Work:

The Service Provider agrees to supply skilled and unskilled manpower to the Client for
factory helpers as required by the Client at the agreed location.

2. Duration of Agreement:
This Agreement shall commence on 30th April 2022 and will continue in full force and
effect until 30th April 2023.

3. Manpower Rates:
The Service Provider agrees to supply manpower at a rate of QR11 per hour. The Client
shall make payments on a monthly basis.

4. Responsibilities of the Service Provider:

The Service Provider shall ensure that the supplied manpower is qualified, competent, and
capable of performing the assigned tasks efficiently.

5. Responsibilities of the Client:

The Client shall provide the necessary tools, equipment, and a safe working environment
for the supplied manpower. The Client shall also comply with all relevant labor laws and
regulations.

6. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with prior written notice to the other party in
case of a breach of terms or unsatisfactory performance. In such cases, the Client shall
settle any outstanding payments.

 7. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information obtained during the course of this
Agreement confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.

8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state
of Qatar.

9. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes
all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
