This study discusses the effectiveness of the socialization of the

Jambi Provincial Transportation Office in using the Trans Siginjai Bus in

Jambi City. Currently, one of the infrastructures that plays an important role
in supporting human activities is transportation. Not only for human activities
but transportation also plays an important role in the development of a country.
Transportation is a means that plays a very important role in supporting
economic growth and regional growth, both land, sea and air transportation.
Transportation is often referred to as the lifeblood of the economy in addition to
its function as a unifying tool for the nation. In 2017 the Trans Siginjai Bus
officially began operating in the Jambi City Region which was stated in the
Jambi Governor Regulation Number 24 of 2021 concerning Trans Siginjai Bus
Operators, this was the collaboration of the ministry of transportation and the
regional government of Jambi Province in this case the Jambi Province
Transportation Service. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research
and journalistic analysis. The types of data used are primary and secondary
data obtained from observations, interviews with informants. Data analysis
used is descriptive analysis using interpretation of the data, facts and
information that has been obtained. The results of this study are that the
socialization carried out by the Jambi Province Transportation Service has not
been comprehensive in the community because it only focuses on adding
routes and fleets but other supporting facilities such as the feasibility of adequate
stops.
