(2) Soil Treatment Application Report to be attached with the Inspection request.
(3) The manufacturer recommendation for Storing, Application and Mixing to be followed
strictly at the site.
(4) Method of Statement to be submitted for Final approval.
(5) Material to be Inspected once delivered to site.
(6) Subject to Approval WIR at site.
(7) Full Commitment to HSE Requirement.
(8) The applicator for this anti-termite treatment is Al Ain Care Pest Control.
(9) Guarantee Certificate to be submitted from the date of completion.
