Teachers have to change their teaching method: from product to process: Teaching writing as
process.

- If teachers focus on the process of learning, they don’t use teaching method.
- Students must know where they are going before they start learning => Student should know the
objectives before they start the process of learning. Teachers should tell students the destination
(learning outcomes). After providing tnhe objectives, at some times of the process, teachers use
forms of formative assessment (one main form or a combination of different forms) to make sure
that students know where they are right now => Teachers modify their teaching method and student
are encouraged to improve. When students reach their destination, they should know where they is
going to next.
- Characteristics should match the stages of learning process: 1. Where learners are going to, 2.
Where learners are right now, 3. Where learners are going next. (used in examples of FA)
