General Manager
 Design strategy and set goals for growth.
 Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
 Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.

 Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to
competitors).

Secretary
 Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.

Program Committee
 Monitoring the quality of implementation, the effectiveness of planned activities, and

referring agencies.
 The program committee is in charge of selecting the speakers for the program,

Logistics Committee

 In-charge of the physical supplies for the event, as well as the equipment needed to put
it on.
 Handling activities related to the accommodation and transport facilities.
 Ensure a smooth transition given that there will only be a narrow window of about a
week.
 Overseas purchases, payments, accounting.
 Responsible for the narrative and financial reporting.

Finance Committee

 Logging or processing bills or expenses.


 Provides financial analysis and oversight of the organizations budget.
 Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
 Preparing and presenting accurate, timely and meaningful financial statements to the
board.
 Helping the boards to understand the organization’s finances.

Marketing Committee

 To create the vision for and oversee the agency's entire marketing strategy, as well as to
guarantee that the organization's complete marketing program is in sync with the
agency's strategic direction and needs.
 set the vision for and manage the overall marketing strategy of the agency.
 Ensure that the organization’s total marketing program with the strategic direction and
needs of the agency.
 Charged with focusing the organization and its board on marketing.
 Setting policies, priorities, and goals for marketing programs for current fiscal year.

Registration Committee

 Plans and runs registration procedures including handling of credit card fees, and
cancellation policy.
 Providing directions and information to the event attendees.
 Distribute and collect contact hour forms.
 Review all matters relating to applicants for registration and determine applicants’
eligibility for registration.
 Develop policies and requirements with respect to the registration of new,
renewing and reinstating registrants.
