LEADERSHIP ASCENT: LEADING WITH AUTHENTICITY AND

VULNERABILITY BATCH II

1. This is to announce the conduct of the above-captioned subject on

September 21-23, 2023 at Ciudad Christhia 9 Waves Resort, San Mateo, Rizal.

2. This activity aims to:

a. intensify the school leadership quality of head teachers in SDO
Caloocan;
b. orient the head teachers on how to lead with vulnerability and
authenticity in actual school setting; and
c. raise mental health awareness among school leaders.

3. In this view, the participants are enjoined to attend on Official Business.

No proxy shall be allowed.

4. Enclosed are the following for reference:

a. Enclosure 1: Program Matrix
b. Enclosure 2: List of Participants
c. Enclosure 3: Program Management Team (PMT)

5. Expenses for board and lodging, travel, and incidental expenses of SDO
Officials and Personnel shall be charged against Special Education Fund (SEF),
and travel and incidental expenses of Head Teachers shall be charged against
School MOOE or Local Fund subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.

6. This activity adheres to Equal Opportunity Principle (EOP) regardless of
