Catholic Cemeteries & Funeral Services - Archdiocese of Toronto is currently looking for a full time Project
Management Administrator to join the Facility Development team at our corporate office located in North York.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a full service bereavement industry leader. This role will support our
Facility Development Department in the expansion and construction of our buildings, mausoleums and cemetery
burial sections that are developed to provide sacred burial options for bereaved Catholic families.

Reporting directly to the Director of Facility Development, you will be responsible for:

Providing support and developing administrative processes to support all projects and budgets. Duties
include preparing pro-formas, providing detailed cost reports, forecast reports, updating budgets,
preparing construction bid documents and assist with bid analysis, maintain the processes of requests for
approvals, change orders, monthly draws (WIP's) and assist in the management of contractual and tender
documents for all projects.
Assisting with site plan approvals, building permits, licencing requirements with governing bodies, managing
letters of credit, and ensure all financial closeouts are completed in detail upon conclusion.

If you have the following attributes, we want to hear from you:

Minimum 5 years of job-related and team/project management experience


Certification in Project Management
Previous work experiences in construction administration and/or project management, as well as experience
with Municipal Development processes are required
Strong analytical, financial and administrative skills with strengths in document management, blueprint
reading, strong organizational skills, computer literate, possess advanced communication skills,
complemented with time management
Ability to work independently within tight timelines, and as part of a team
Post-Secondary Education in a related field
A clear Police Clearance Record
Ontario Class G Driver’s License and a clear Driver’s Abstract, both in good standing

Clear Driver's Abstract in good standing (preferred)
