¾ Replace the rust parts
If the parts as below (see pic.2) with rust，please substitute

¾ Add part number for inner sleeve in connector
Each time when the white pipe disconnected, the inner sleeve needed to be changed new.
Please notice it！
Now add new spare parts as follows:
Inner sleeve S-010 (used for outer dia.Φ10 tube) part number: 312017309
Inner sleeve S-012 (used for outer dia.Φ12 tube) part number: 312017310

¾ Modify connector on resin bottle

Modify pipe coupling to straight coupling. Part number is 325016732.

¾ Update AUX-126 board
Cancel two part numbers: 500847554 (AUX-126 board), 380507850 (AUX-126 board after
changed two resistances), both to be replaced by new part 500076904 (AUX-178 board)

¾ Modify Encoder
Change the encoder from Turck to Kuebler made in Germany
The pin defined of encoder cable as follows:

Turck Kuebler
A green GN(green)
A- brown YE(yellow)
B white GY(grey)
B- grey PK(pink)
Z yellow BU(blue)
Z- orange RD(red)
VCC red BR(brown)
GND black WH(white)

¾ Modify the cable of encoder for auto-threading wire

Add a ferrite (P/N: 353502740) on the cable to avoid sometimes display “wire broken” fake
message.

¾ Add new option for 60Hz power supply

Add a new option for 60Hz power supply (P/N: 388507879). If frequency of power supply
network is 60Hz, please make sure it is included in your machine order.

¾ Modify cabinet layout

Modify cabinet internal layout:
1> Modify the positions of the breakers and related AC contactors;
2> Add the cable (P/N: 381508002) instead of the cable (P/N: 381506509) from SUS-B03/J11 to
AC contactor. But they are incompatible. If your cable is the one with 381506509, please keep it
and order as spare part.

¾ Update SUS-B03 board

z On SUS-B03 PCB board, due to two copper print for (UPS01/UPSO2) 220VAC too near
each other in AC/DC module, it leads to be burnt the board easily. To avoid this issue, here,
the board have two versions:
Version F2 for new PCB:
Version F3 after modifying the PCB by old version F. (Start date: 2007-7-25)
z Update SUS-B03 board from F2/F3 to F4 add 6.2V voltage stabilizing diode in AC/DC
output module to protect GAL IC in AC/DC module when AC/DC module damaged.
(start date: 2007-9-7)

¾ Modify mouse
Modify mouse from AOC to logitech optical Mouse（black），the part number (362505615) keep
the same.

¾ Add manual for TCAM in English

Add new part: TCAM/TwinCAD V3.2 professional software package(E）（P/N: 380009570）with
English manual.

¾ Update TCAM postprocessor

Update TCAM postprocessor by new version 2007.7.20(CA machine) to solve an error on a
small arc. New version of post processor.

3. Retrofit policy

4. Retrofit procedures
1) Instruction of replacing O- ring in filter pump：

1. Remove screws and

the cover.

O-ring

2. Remove the old O-ring.

3. Grease new on O-ring,

then fix it on the pump

4. Fix the cover, tighte New O-ring

n screws to the torque
value of 15-18Nm

2) Other items please see No.2 Issue and analysis.

5. Material needed
-The “O” ring in filter pump;
-new TCAM postprocessor.
