Writing Activity 1. Write a three-paragraph text where you describe yourself, your
favorite landmark and your favorite object.
Hello, my name is Thalia Vargas, I am twenty-two years old, I live in eastern Colombia in
Pore Casanare, I am the youngest of seven siblings.

I really like sports such as soccer, basketball and skating, I stand out very well in both,
always winning first place, I also like animals, I like to go on trips and have many
adventures, meet new people and the most It is important to enjoy gastronomy wherever I
go, I have always stood out for being a kind, helpful, social, attentive and responsible
person with each of my goals, my parents have taught me these important values which
have served me a lot . In my free time I dedicate it to my home and family, my mother who
has always been a great support as the days go by and also my father who is an exemplary
man whom I greatly admire. At one time he used to sing in church and played the piano, I
don't anymore because I go very infrequently

My favorite object is the guitar. I love music and sports, but my big dream is to be able to
play the guitar like a professional. This is a bit of me.
