Omelette with potatoes.

This recipe is one of the favorite dish in our house, it is a type of Spanish Tortilla but with a
little variation that my grandmother makes. When we were younger, my grandmother made us
that tortilla like snack and me and my siblings enjoyed that moments. We eat the omelette with
coffee or chocolate. We have always liked French fries and eggs, in they different preparation so,
she prepares that for us.

It’s important have a good space, kitchen clear and the best attitude!

We only need six ingredients:

 Potatoes
 Eggs
 Salt
 Pepper
 Oregano
 Oil

And the next utensils:

 Bowl
 Pan
 Fork
 Spatula

The recipe of this dish have the following and easy steps:

1st Peel and wash the potatoes.

2nd Cut potatoes into cubes.

3rd Cook the potatoes for twenty minutes in the Air Fryer.

4th Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl and helped with a fork.

5th Preheat the pan for 5 minutes with a little of oil.

6th Add the egg and potato mix.


7th Cover the pan and leave to cook on a low flame for 5 to 10 minutes until the bottom
begins to brown.

8th Turn the omelette upside down using a lid and then put it back in the pan on the other
side so that it slowly sets.

Finally, you can serve the food and share with your family and friends. The tortilla can be
accompanied with salads, some protein and a refreshing drink.
