Some students feel heavy burden of the successful standard from their academic
result by their social judgment these days which make some people want to
replace some non-academic creativity from school curriculum in order to make
students focus on their study. I strongly disagree with the statement because
students should choose their interest which suitable with their skill to expand
their knowledge on particular materials and they will learn how to be responsible
for their choice.

The students should have their freedom to learn the subject which align with their
interest since their strong minds on a specific favourite study will gain more
concentration to become an expertise. In order to do so, small environment
around them should support their choice as long as it can bring improvement to
their neighbourhood. For example, a student who lives in area of scientists has an
interest of being an artist in entertainment industry. Therefore, if people in those
areas assist her to create an artwork and become famous, it can also help her
surrounding to be acknowledge by other people.

Similarly, to let student have their own options will also train them to be a
responsible person. Moreover, they might find challenge through their journey
where many decision should be made on their own by let them know their
consequences. Furthermore, those decisions will help them to get job according
to their interest and to be mature and trustworthy enough in their working areas
so that people will believe more in their capabilities. For instance, the issue that is
addressed to be a teacher is the salary level, thus the student should understand
that this problem of income is the consequence of this job.

In conclusion, this essay shows the positive sides of being independent students
to determine their future that is inline with their expertise and to be a competent
person of their life decisions.
