Introduction
Technological changes drives long-term economic growth, productivity and improvement in
living standards
This era needs human capital resources with competency, competitive and multi-skilled
Unemployment issue among engineering graduates in developing country, especially during
COVID
Unemployment issue among engineering graduates because they are depending only on
academic qualification to get job
This issue arise when there is insufficient or inappropriate education and training which doesn’t
focus on soft skills (innovation and creativity, communication skills and entrepreneurship, etc)

Industry expectation and job market are influenced by economy, social and
