Sub: Agenda points for Stores Diesel Co-ordination meeting Jan-2023 - reg.

With reference to the above, the agenda items for both stock and non stock items for stores Diesel
co-ordination meeting proposed from Diesel Shed, KJM is furnished below.

1. Critical stock items - Critical stock items proposed for discussion is furnished in
Annexure-I for Diesel loco items and Annexure -II for AC loco items.
Out of $6 critical diesel loco items, 12 items are already discussed in previous meeting
held during N0v-22 and out of 12,05 items got partially materialized and for remaining 7
items action awaited as per minutes.

2. Updating of AAC in IMMS - The AAC projected by shed vide advance intimation sheets
is not updated in IMMS for most of the items pertaining to KJM shed, because of which
the procurement action was not initiated. Some of the example cases is mentioned in the
Annexure - III.
3. Opening of new stock heads - New stocking application submitted for opening of new
PL nos. for AC loco items are not yet opened, because of which this shed is facing
difficulty in maintenance of AC locomotives due to shortage of materials. Some of the
example cases are mentioned in the Annexure - IV.
