1. He completed a full program of nursing courses for his BSc, earning a 3.76 GPA overall.

He took adult health nursing classes while pursuing his MSc, earning a final grade of 3.7.

2. The public health and primary care courses he is applying for his PHD studies are highly

relevant to the courses he took for his BSc and MSc. He has published a number of

articles that are relevant to the suggested course of study. I am confident enough in his

academic performance and professional experience to continue his PHD studies.

However, because he is from a low-income nation and has significant financial problems,

it would be challenging for him to continue his studies without funding. He has some

professional experience connected to conducting research, and both his BSc and MSc

degrees involved relevant coursework. He now has some knowledge about the suggested

field of study as a result. In light of this, I am certain that he possesses the necessary

research expertise and knowledge in the suggested subject of study.

In terms of his virtual presentation experience, he gave a fruitful presentation on COVID-19 for

international organization (USA) by September 2020 and he was awarded a certificate of

achievement.

6. He enrolled in English grammar and communication classes in his elementary school.

English was used as the primary language of instruction in his junior high and senior high

school. Similar, he earned his BSc and MSc at Mekelle University's College of Health

Sciences, where English is the primary language of teaching. As a result, I have every faith

that he won't experience any issues with the English language.
