 Applicant is well groomed, has good hygiene, and is appropriately dressed
 Applicant smiles and speaks clearly and distinctly; words are not mumbled

RESUME AND APPLICATION LETTER


 Free of grammar and/or spelling errors all through out in the presentation
 Presented the necessary parts to be written in the resume and application letter
 Organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing

CONTENT OF ANSWERS
 Applicant responds with concise, organized, and well thought-out answers
 Applicant articulates ideas clearly and uses proper grammar and appropriate
vocabulary
 Applicant demonstrates research and understanding of the desired career,
position and employer
 Applicant illustrates strengths and skills through relevant examples

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
 Used appropriate volume and appropriate language when speaking
 Avoided distracting mannerisms, fidgeting, and/or filler words
