    Why is change hard for most people?

    - Well most people are having a hard time on changing something in their self. Change is
    hard for them it is because they are scared that they might lose something. Well change is
    hard for most people it is also because of the things that they do that it become their routine.
    Just like for example lying, it is an addiction like they will lie in order to have peace in mind or
    in the thoughts that they can benefit from it. They have a hard time changing because of
    others that they don’t want to change because that is already where they can have peace or
    what we called their comfort zone. We can’t force people to change.

    Why is change easier for some people?

    - Change is easier for some people, definitely because they wanted to change in the first
    place. They choose to change and make things right. It's easier to change when you want to
    do it with wholeheartedly and you are really eager to change. Some people change for
    themselves and some are for the others. And the thing is, change is easier when it is for
    someone you love. Just like for example your attitude, you will not wait until someone will tell
    you about your attitude for example your partner. You love your partner and you don’t want
    her/him to be hurt so you decided to change because you love her. So, change is easier if
    you really want to change.

    What strong emotions do people feel when they are asked to change?

    - What would a person feel when asked to change, well some people will feel pain, because
    you asked them to change so probably you don’t agree on what that person do. And yes
    pain, because you want that person to change and it hurts if someone asked you to change
    because they disagree of what you are doing or what attitude you have. But in my own
    perspective it's kind of controlling, why would someone ask a person to change? If they
    wanted to change they would, no questions asked. If you would ask a person to change, for
    me I will feel like you're controlling me.
