a. Responds to the various dynamics at work in the immediate urban context including,
but not limited to,
i. Environment
1. Solar orientation and shadow study
2. Wind direction
3. Vegetation etc
ii. Traffic access and flow
iii. Pedestrian access and flow
iv. Views to/from the site
1. At Ground level
2. At intermediate levels
3. At high rise rooftops
v. Land-use
1. high-rise on its one side
2. Low-rise skyline on its other side
3. Mixed use development on its back
4. Predominantly primary road with the view of gymkhana Golf Park on
its front side.
b. aims to bring in an intervention that has a positive effect on its surroundings and the
city skyline
c. aims to create a synergetic relationship between the site and its immediate urban
context through the ground level treatment
d. aims to create a focal point for the community instead of reinforcing boundaries and
segregation
