How can culture influence our behaviour and expectations?

Writing:
In Julien Bourelle video “How Culture Drives Behaviors”, he believes people can
benefit from different culture. After a man talked to him in Brussel, Julien felt himself
Norwegian. His Mental programming changed. Ways related to culture are comfort,
complain and conform; and society benefited by observing, learning, understanding
and adapting. When Julien and his friend talked to a guide in Spain, she confused why
his friend had no emotional feedback. Cultural glasses shaped people’s reality.
Changing lens is changing way perceived behaviour, way relate cultural differences.
Important thing was not opportunity equality, but results equality. Study showed
mixed culture group will perform better than normal group. “Friendship”, for
Scandinavian, “someone I can sit in silence in a room and feel comfortable.” Unlikely,
in Norwegian bus stop, you try to sit on bench when it had people, they will stand up
and step back. Not they dislike you, different private areas. Between South American
and North European, latter has bigger private area than former, when they talk, one
want to step away, another want to get closer, they both cannot realize why
uncomfortable. Finally, Julien emphasize not what people see through glasses, is how
people perceive, he believes one day people will truly benefits from cultural diversity.
