• Order Should be Placed on; Indian Instruments, Bhubaneswar
• Validity of quote: 30 Days from the date of this offer
• Payment terms: 100% in advance in favor of Indian Instruments.
• GST Extra. Any additional applicable taxes/levies such as Octroi etc. will have to be
separately borne by the customer
• Delivery Period; 4-6 week from the receipt of confirmed order along with advance payment.
• Warranty: 1 year from the date of invoice or 15months from supply whiever is earlier
• Please return a signed /Stamped copy of this quote as a token acceptance
• 5% of the value would be deducted from the advance if order is cancelled before and 20% of
the order value if cancelled after dispatch and adjusted towards sales tax/freight liability.
