Reflective Essay on Korean Class

1. What have you learned in Korean class?

Given that our teacher is the greatest at managing us, I've learnt a lot about our

Korean class. Her explanation is clear; therefore, I can say that I learnt quickly and

correctly. I learnt a lot from her lesson, gained a lot of experience, and discovered a lot

about Korea. Every class I took was incredibly educational for me. I can state with

confidence that learning Korean and seeing Korean culture is enjoyable. Considering

that I do not speak the Korean language, I am honored to be a student of my teacher.

2. What is your realization?

I concluded that we could learn Korean if we put effort into doing so and took the

time to review their alphabet. If you repeatedly begin pronouncing their consonants and

vowels, I can state that the task is simple.

3. Describe your experience in Hangeul Nal?

At first, learning the alphabets is difficult for me, but as I practice them repeatedly, it

becomes simple and convenient to learn the vowels and consonants. I am pleased to

tell that I am studying Hangeul Nal and gradually picking up their language.

4. Feedback from your Sonsengnim?

My Korean teacher is excellent at managing our class and instructing in Korean. She

taught me a lot, and I'm happy that she is our teacher. She treats us with kindness and

generosity. She always makes sure we show up to her lesson and benefit greatly from

it.

5. What are your suggestions and recommendation?

I don't have any advice for her class, since I managed to learn a lot from her. To the

other students, however, I propose and advise learning the Korean language to get

familiar with their culture.
