On the November 14th, 2014, Kingland Holdings, and Alfaland Group
has formally partnered in a joint venture company as
PT. Hong Kong Kingland.

On the September 23rd, 2016, at Shangri-La, Jakarta,


PT. Hong Kong Kingland officially announced in a press
conference event to the nationwide through the medias
about their first pioneer project, Kingland Avenue.

MR. CHUN KEUNG CHAN (陈进强)

Mr. Chun Keung Chan was born in Medan, Indonesia in 1951, from where he traces his family roots back to Longyan, Fujian
Province in Southeastern China. In 1965, he returned to China and studied at the Beijing Overseas Chinese Training School (now known
as the Beijing Chinese Language and Culture College). After being sent by the Party to Inner Mongolia as an apprentice mechanic,
Mr. Chan continued his study and graduated from the Taiyuan College of Technology (now known as the Taiyuan University of Technology).

In 1975, Mr. Chan decided to settle in Hong Kong and expand his business interests to a greater level, including businesses in real
estate, renewable energy, agriculture and retail. Throughout the years, Mr. Chan has grown his family business from a domestic
company to an international conglomerate, which covers businesses in China, Hong Kong, Myanmar, and Indonesia. Currently 2 of
the companies founded by Mr. Chan are listed in Hong Kong - ELL Environmental Holdings Ltd.(1395) and Grace Vineyard (8146).

In year 2014, Mr. Chan and his family established Kingland Holdings to invest and develop real estate projects in Indonesia. Aside from his
commercial businesses, Mr. Chan is actively involved and took part in various cultural and educational programs and other charitable work.
Mr. Chan is also a member of the Fujian Standing Committee of the CPPCC, Chairman of Hong Kong Chinese Overseas Chinese
Association, Vice President of the Huaqiao University in Fujian & the Vice President of the Hong Kong Federation of Fujian Association.
