Significance of the Study

Every research study has significance, it can be for the people, country or like this study

for our school. As time pass by, people generate more knowledge, we all learn new knowledge

almost every day. This makes like a student even after we graduate, but our days in school is our

foundation when we enter the society. As we all know, it is when in college, students learn how

to blend in society after they graduate, and they teach students how society works. This study

shows the perception of BSA 3 students in the accounting program that UCC offers to their

students. As human knowledge grow bigger as time goes by, school has to make sure that the

students of their school is learning the in time knowledge materials and give them a good

environment to have a better efficiency in learning.

According to the data that been collected and used in this study, the national passing rate of

CPALE is low. It may have a higher passing rate last CPALE compared to 2021, it is still too

low. A student effort maybe a big influence in their result but, what they learn from school still

hold influence. This study not just promote the quality of the Accountancy program of UCC but

also give ideas what can the school do to come up with a better program and higher quality of

education for its students.
