The monitoring and evaluation report discusses the transition to online and modular learning at a Catholic school due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Teachers prepared learning modules for students and conducted home visits to assess student progress and collect completed modules. Based on feedback collected from students, teachers, and parents, the report found that online learning provided more flexibility and accessibility compared to traditional in-class learning. It also allowed parents to play a larger role in their child's education. While transitioning to the new normal of remote learning was challenging, the school believes cooperation from everyone can help overcome difficulties posed by the pandemic.

INTRODUCTION
The Covid-19 pandemic had devastating impacts lately on the
last quarter of Academic Year 2019-2020. As we continue to confront the issues brought by the pandemic, the Department of Education (DepEd) are addressing challenges in the basic education through the Learning Continuity Plan (LCP).
The Learning Continuity Plan (LCP) is the major response and
commitment in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our learners, teachers and personnel in the time of Covid-19 for the Academic Year 2020-2021.
On the School Opening, The Servite Catholic School
emphasize that it will not necessarily mean that the teachers and learners will undergo the traditional in-classroom set up. The Principal of the institution, Sr. Norlina Dalumpines OSM, embrace the new normal education by dealing with modular learning approach. On this approach, the teachers will prepare the learning materials or so called “modules” for their learners. In order to monitor their learning, the teachers are conducting a visit to the respective house of the learners to assess and assure that they really do their tasks. After a couple of week, the teachers will be collecting the modules for checking. Although learning in a “new normal” is a big challenge for the teachers, learners and even parents, the school still believing that we can surpass this challenge through cooperation and dedication of everyone.
By this monitoring and evaluation report, we would like to
showcase the different moods among the students, teachers and parents on dealing this kind of new normal education. CONCLUSION
As the result of our first monitoring and evaluation form given to
the learners, we’ve realized that online learning approach is more effective and have many advantages for learners in terms of their capacity to offer flexibility, choice, assess and mobility.
It is also widespread argued that online structures may be
something reliable during this kind of situations. Most of the parents play the role of a teacher and took this opportunity to spend time with their children. Technology and media also play a huge role for the teaching- learning process because when they have a questions or clarifications regarding to their modules, they ask directly on our group chat and the teachers immediately answers.
For the modules, it is given and collected on time by the
teachers on their respective house so there’s no way to worry. Despite of this kind of situation, we can conclude that the learners really work hard to gain knowledge and continue on learning.
