Hello, I am Ankush Poddar, a dedicated middle year student and social entrepreneur. Throughout my academic
journey, I have consistently maintained an A-grade status, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence. I
have actively engaged in co-curricular activities, establishing a dominant presence and fostering a well-rounded
skill set.

My professional journey began while I was still a teenager, and although my experiences have been diverse,
they have shaped my understanding of entrepreneurship. In 2020, I founded a company, which unfortunately did
not sustain for a year. Determined to gain practical knowledge, I joined a company as a co-CEO for a six-month
period. Following that, in 2022, I founded another company, albeit with a similar outcome.

Recognizing the need to augment my business acumen, I made a deliberate choice to pursue internships.
Starting with Aasman Foundation, where I gained valuable insights into sales and marketing, I then transitioned to
Suvidha Foundation to further enhance my skills in those areas. My performance in sales and marketing affirmed
my capabilities, leading to a promotion in HR. I continued my journey as an HR professional at Nayepankh
Foundation and Gao Tech Inc. Expanding my horizons, I also served as a Business Development Associate at
K&K Attorneys.

Throughout my diverse roles, I honed my skills and acquired the necessary expertise to establish my own
companies. Today, I am proud to be the founder of two organizations: Spyky Foundation and Worthy Of Creation.
These ventures allow me to combine my passion for social entrepreneurship with my unwavering drive to make a
positive impact in the world.

I believe that my experiences, coupled with my continuous pursuit of knowledge and practical skills, position me
as an ambitious entrepreneur poised for further growth and success. I am committed to leveraging my talents and
experiences to create meaningful change and contribute to the betterment of society.
