Dear Sir,
We would like to offer Soil Investigation services for Rice Husk project as follows:
I. Scope of Work
Field and laboratory work include soil investigation report : drilling bore hole on soil
and rock, CPT, trial pit, soil resistivity, and other test refer to proposed BoQ.

II. Cost
- Soil Investigation services for Rice Husk Rp. 143.600.000,-
- PPN 11% Rp. 15.796.000,-
TOTAL Rp. 159.396.000,-

III. Schedule Of Works

Completion of works is 2 months. The penalty for over due is 0,5% per day, max 5%.

IV. Term Of Payment

1st term (30%) – Down Payment.
2nd term (20%) – after 50% of soil investigation work in the field is completed.
3rd term (50%) – after final report.
Due date payment is 45 days after invoice submission.
