a target that is achievable, yet challenging enough to push us to perform better.
Management: We'll take your suggestions into account, but we cannot make any
promises right now. We have to discuss this with the team and see what the best course
of action is.

together, we can come up with a target that benefits both parties and reflects the
current market conditions.
Management: Alright, we'll take this into consideration and let you know our decision
