Marketing Strategy: Our marketing strategy for the first two

month is to establish the system and aware the customer about the products and the services of the organization. So our first month target to approach as many as customer by opening their account with good margin amount (cash + stock).

Target for individuals:

For 1st month target for RMs

No. of accounts: Min. 8 accounts Margin: Rs.10 lacs. Brokerage: 1 times of his salary for first month.
2 times of his salary for 2nd month. 3 times of his salary for 3rd month. And branch Manger target for the first two months is to activate the non activated existing account those who were shifted to some other broking firm due to some mis communication and other reasons. And his individual first month target is to increase the branch business and reach the brokerage at least 1 times of total branch costingin first 2 months.

Sales Strategy:

Our sales strategy are simple for initial two three

months but aim to improving our implementation, by working on key objectives to achieve the target assigned for every individual by focusing on no. of traders accounts (offline & online accounts) with good margin amount and also need to put some focus on commodities accounts. We are also looking forward to convert our weak points into strong points by improving our services and selling products according to the customer demands.
