Position: Account Manager

The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically

important mid - large
sized customers. Assigned to some customer accounts, the Account Manager is
responsible for
growing the accounts handled and achieving the set targets. The Account Manager
represents the
entire range of company offerings and services to assigned customers, while
leading the customer
account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers needs and expectations
are met by the
company.

Prior Experience : Minimum 7 Years of Relevant IT experience

Job location : Chennai (Tamil Nadu)

Responsibilities:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned
customer
accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company resources, including delivery, support
functions,
and management team in order to meet account performance objectives and
customer
expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales numbers and strategic objectives in
assigned
accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for cross selling services and also develop new relationships within
assigned
accounts.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while
coordinating

the involvement of/with all necessary company resources.

Accountabilities and Performance measures:

- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
