A. Reviewing previous lesson (or) Today, we will be focusing on communication breakdown strategies and conflict
presenting the new lesson resolution. Imagine a situation where you and a friend had a major misunderstanding that
led to an argument. How would you handle this situation? We will explore ways to
effectively resolve conflicts and improve communication.
