INTORDUCTION

Let’s take a close look at the job opportunities for K-12 USTP graduates. We’ll dig
into what affects their changes of getting hired and how it shapes their careers. This
exploration helps us understand the bigger picture and how it impacts education as a
whole.We’re curious about where this graduates land in their jobs and the reasons
behind it. By unraveling these aspects, we gain valuable insights into the world of K-
12 education employment. By zooming in on the jobs that K-12 graduates can get,
we’re figuring out what makes it easier or harder for them to find work and how it
sets the course for their careers. This journey isn’t about individual stories; it’s like
putting puzzle pieces together to see the whole picture of education. This
assessment is crucial for aligning educational goals with the demands of the
workforce, ensuring successful transitions for K-12 graduates in their professional
lives.

Based on the USTP enrollment statistics, undergraduate enrollment in USTP has


continuously increased during the last three academic years. From 12,241 students
in AY 2019-2020 and 15,266 in AY 2020-2021, there are now 20,213 students
enrolled in AY 2021-2022 even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. While the graduate
enrollment in USTP has increased in the last
