It is the Day when people will be And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up.
like moths, dispersed,

DEEDS

ََُ ََ
‫فأ ما َمن ثقل ْت َم َو ِاز ُين ُه‬
Sahih International

Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds],

He will be in a pleasant life.

 َ َ BAD
‫َوأ ما َم ْن خف ْت َم َو ِاز ُين ُه‬ DEEDS

Sahih International

But as for one whose scales are light,

His refuge will be an abyss.

‫َو َما أ ْد َراك َما ِه َي ْه‬

And what can make you know what that is?

It is a Fire, intensely hot.

‫َوال َع ِاد َ ‘š ِت َض ْب ًحا‬

By the racers, panting,

And the producers of sparks [when] striking

And the chargers at dawn,

Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,

Arriving thereby in the center collectively,

Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful.

 ٌ‫يد‬³َ̈ ‫َوإ ن ُه َع َ ٰ· َٰذل َك َل‬
ِ ِ ِ
Sahih International

And indeed, he is to that a witness.

َ َ َ’ ْ ّ ُ ُ  َ
‫ لش ِد ٌيد‬¤ِ ‘ْ ­‫ا‬ ‫ ِب‬¹ِ ‫و ِإنه‬
Sahih International

And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense.

‫ ما ِ ‘“ القب ِور‬¤ِ ‫ ِإذا بع‬º‫أف» يع‬
Sahih International

But does he not know that when

the contents of the graves are scattered

˜ “’ ِ ‫َو ُح ِ ّص َل َما‬
‫الص ُد ِور‬ ‘
Sahih International

And that within the breasts is obtained,

¤ٌ ‘ ‫­ ِب‬ ِ ِِ ِ
Sahih International

Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted.

Surat Az-Zalzalah

( The Earthquake )
 َ ْ َÈ ْ َ ْ ُ َ
‫ا‬Æ‫ ْر ُض ِزل َز َا‬±‫ِإذا زل ِزل ِت ا‬
Sahih International

When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake

‫ا‬Æ‫ ْر ُض أثق َا‬±‫َوأخ َر َج ِت ا‬ ‫ا‬Æَ ‫ َنسان َما‬±‫ا‬°ِ ‫َوقال‬
Sahih International Sahih International

And the earth discharges its burdens And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" -

 َ‫ ّد ُث َأ ْخ َب َارها‬Êَ ُÃ ‫َي ْو َمئذ‬

Sahih International

That Day, it will report its news

َ ٰ َ ْ َ َ  َ  َÈ
‫ا‬Æَ Ë ‫ِšن ر بك أو‬
Sahih International

Because your Lord has commanded it.

 َ ْ َ ّ ْ َ ُ  ُ ُ ْ َ ََْ
‫ ْم‬Æ‫ ُا‬Ìَ ‫ ْوا أ‬¤َ ‘ُ ‫ًاš ِل‬à ‫اس أش َت‬ ‫يوم ِئ ٍذ يصدر الن‬
Sahih International

That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories]

to be shown [the result of] their deeds.

‫ا َ ‘ َ© ُه‬¤ً ‘ْ ‫ن َي ْع َمل ِمثقال ذ ر ٍة خ‬Óَ ’
Sahih International

So whoever does an atom's

weight of good will see it,

Ð َ ‫َو َمن َي ْع َم ْل ِم ْث َق َال َذ ر ٍة‬

‫ا َ ‘ َ© ُه‬Ñ̈
Sahih International

And whoever does an atom's

weight of evil will see it.
