SEMARANG CITY

Semarang is the capital city of Central Java province and located on the north Coast of Java Sea.
Semarang is one of a metropolitan city in Indonesia. Semarang has a big population around 2
million people. Semarang city is very beautiful city and including five major cities in Indonesia
and people around Indonesia defintely know where Semarang is.

Semarang is well-known as Lumpia city. The reason for that name is because people especially
tourist always buy Lumpia as a present. Besides Lumpia, Semarang also has a various kind of
drink and food like Wingko babat, bandeng presto, tahu gimbal, wedang kacang, wedang tahu
and this is the most unique and famous drink in the other cities which is congyang.

Besides congyang drinks, Semarang also has many shopping centers such as Paragon Mall,
Citraland Mall and many more. If you visit semarang you can go to the nearest town around
Semarang like Bandungan, Salatiga, Ambarawa, Kendal, Etc and in Semarang city there are
some places that very recommended to visit, like Lawang Sewu, Tugu Muda, Gereja Blenduk,
Old city, Masjid Agung Semarang and many more. Thanks
