makes them more comfortable living in their respective homes.
PART II
THEORY AND DISCUSSION
2.1 What is Bandung?
Bandung City is the largest metropolitan city in West Java province,
and the third largest in Indonesia. as well as being the capital of West Java
province.

The location, area and boundaries of the City of Bandung are located
at 107º36' East Longitude and 6º55' South Latitude. The area of Bandung
City is 16,729.65 Ha. This area calculation is based on the Regional
Regulation of the Level II Regional Municipality of Bandung Number 10 of
1989 concerning Changes in Regional Boundaries of the Regional
Municipality of Level II Bandung as a follow-up to Government Regulation
Number 16 of 1987 concerning Changes in the Regional Boundaries of the
Regional Municipality of Level II Bandung and the Regional Regency of
Level II Bandung. Administratively, Bandung City borders several other
regencies/cities, namely:
a. To the north it borders Bandung Regency and West Bandung
Regency;
b. To the west it borders Cimahi City;
c. To the east it borders Bandung Regency; and
d. To the south it borders Bandung Regency.

Regionally morphologically, the city of Bandung is located in the

central part of the "Bandung Basin", which has an area of 233,000 hectares.
Administratively, this basin is located in five Regency/City administrative
areas, namely Bandung City, Bandung Regency, West Bandung Regency,
Cimahi City, and 5 sub-districts including Sumedang Regency
(Bandung.go.id, n.d.).
2.2 What Kind of Person Can You Meet in Bandung?
Every country and regency must have some characteristics, one of them
are the uniqueness of its people. People in Bandung have characteristics and
habits of the Sundanese people, because in Bandung, most people are
sundanese. This is the characteristics of the people:
a. Friendly and polite
Sundanese people are known to have a friendly and polite character
to everyone. It's not surprising that Sundanese people like to socialize
because of their adaptable nature. The term in Sundanese for this kind
of friendly and polite nature is “Someah”.

b. Humorous
Many comedians in Indonesia are Sundanese. This cannot be
separated from the nature of Sundanese people who like to joke and be
humorous. The Sundanese people's great sense of humor makes many
people happy to be friends with Sundanese people.

c. Handsome and Beautiful, called “Kasep and Geulis”

It is said that Sundanese women are famous for their beautiful,
charming looks. As described in the Mojang Priangan song. Many then
make Sundanese women their target partners because of their famous
beauty.

d. Likes spicy and vegetables

They say you're not Sundanese if you don't like spicy food. Just take
a look, if we visit a Sundanese restaurant, various types of chili sauce
will definitely be served. This is because most Sundanese people don't
like eating with chili sauce and of course lalab (Yulianti, 2022).

All of these characteristics, can meet you at all of the Bandung regency,
so don’t worry if you want to meet these people, Sundanese people are so
Friendly and polite, it said on point “a”.
2.3 Culinary Delight
After we focus on the characteristics of the Bandung population, it
seems there is still something missing, namely the food in Bandung. If you
go to Bandung, don't go home again if you haven't met or eaten the food in
Bandung with its unique food characteristics that are cheap and delicious.
You can find it on the side of the road when you are walking in Bandung,
so if you feel hungry or thirsty, you can immediately go to the side of the
road to buy snacks or delicious food there.

(Source: orami.co.id)
Bakakak Hayam is a typical Bandung food, especially Sundanese, West
Java. This food is used as a side dish and complementary food. It is
