Purpose of the Position

Reporting to EVP, Marketing

Working Condition

 Full Time
 Have to stay office as per need.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

 To ensure proper & smooth distribution of the product in the market.


 Maintain the cost to the budget levels.
 Minimization of in-process loss.
 Optimum delivery schedule maintenance.
 Planning of distribution, administration and Functional activities of the Department.
 Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements to ensure smooth operational of
distribution.
 Analyze the problems regarding the distribution of product and solve to ensure proper
distribution so that the existing sales line can be extended.
 Monitor intermediate distribution practices to drive significant cost reductions to process logs
as per stated level.
 Oversee the proper maintenance of inventory to ensure optimal stock level for uninterrupted
supply of medicine as per demand of the customers.
 Provide solution for the problems of distribution.

 Analyze the causes of returned medicine on the basis of return report.


 Develop Customer satisfaction.
 As when assigned by Management.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Education: blasters preferably In Science/Commerce from a recognized University or


Institution.
Skill Set: Strong leadership qualities, dynamic and innovate. Ability to work under
stressful condition and capable to make instant decision.
Experience: At least 5-7 years in same position.
Expertise: Good command in written and oral communication, sound knowledge in over
all distribution.
Having knowledge in Excel/MS Word, Power point and Internet browsing.
