• Calendar Coordination- Oversaw the arrangements and scheduling of meetings, adeptly managing calendars and setting

Serve as the primary contact for inquiries directed to the CEO’s office and ensure effective communication across teams.
Support employee engagement, address grievances, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including

• Travel & Hotel Management- Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and documentation.
Plan stays and transportation, arranging flights, hotels, and cars. Handle visa applications, schedule cost-effective travel, and
create detailed itineraries with smooth time zone transitions. Coordinate with in-house agents and other platforms for
comprehensive travel management.
• Expense, Budgeting, and Invoicing- Manage purchase orders and invoices, work with finance on budget management,
and handle expense report submissions. Oversee expense management, reimbursements, and ensure timely and accurate
processing of all financial documents.
• Events Coordination- Organize and coordinate a variety of internal and external events, including team meetings, business
