RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Wages & Salary Adminstration, Statutory Compliences ,Contract Labour Management
Interfacing with Management and Heads of Department for implementing HR policies & procedures in
line with core organisational objectives.
1 Strategic HRM

Facilitating Organizational Development (OD) plans for enhancing the operational effectiveness
MIS activity related to manpower , Overtime
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational
areas and conducting selection interviews

2 Manpower Planning Arranging and deployment of outsourced/contractual manpower , follow up their timely compliance to
avoid any litigation
Employee headcount forecasting in line with Business Growth Plan
Managing manpower ratios,Facilitate multiskilling, Job rotation
Adherence to statutory and legal compliences
Ensuring that monthly audits are conducted, on the employee database, personnel files etc
Statutory Compliences
3 and Audit Reporting & highlighting gaps in data/ processes
Ensuring Zero NCs in various audit such as VDA, EMS and other HR and Statutory audits
4 Union Negotiations , resolving the issues, Maintaining harmony & Peace in the organization
Zero Stoppage
Industrial Relations
ALC/DLC and other Govt Organization and maintaining laisoning activities
Disciplinary actions and Proceedings
All administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, housekeeping & maintenance of office
and record keeping of office stationery including various formats.
Plant Security and Welfare measures in line with company policies
Administration and Facility
5 Management Oversees and coordinates all necessary safety related tasks including training,inspections,internal
audits,reporting and compliance with governmental regulations
General Administration, Liaison with various local and govt. bodies- Labour, Pollution, Municipal
Corporation, Panchayat, Insurance, Police Administration , Securities Services, Factories Directorate,,
Lease Agreements,
Facility and VendorPeriodical
Management Health Camp, CSR activities

Manage the recruitment and selection process for on-roll & off-roll talent,
Facilitating complete on boarding process for new incubements as per policy
Employee Relations ,
6 Engagement and Overseeing induction/ orientation as well as implementing induction & personnel manual
Retention
Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees
facilitate HR processes and implementing employee engagement activities

Performance Managing appraisal process across the Plant levels
Management /T&D/ Identification and conducting training programmes for workmen
