 Induction and training of personnel on functional
requirement and engaging a short-term manpower
deployment agency.
 Responsibility for finalization of output and outcome
norms for individual work stations, succession
planning, document management system, etc.
 Provide continuous leadership, supervision, training
and development of department staff and ensure
an effective and motivated team.
 Initiate culture building, driving organizational values
and implementing new strategic HR initiatives
 Oversee IR related activities to ensure complete
compliance to statutory labour laws and service rules/
standing orders.
 Oversee disciplinary action process to ensure
appropriate and timely disciplinary action is taken in
cases of employee indiscipline.
 Oversee redresser process to ensure timely attendance
to queries/ concerns/ grievances of employees and
address their concerns and grievances.
 Initiate action to improve relationship with key
stakeholders and initiate a process for handling
employee grievances/ concerns objectively.
 Recommend initiatives to improve departmental
procedures and SOPs.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a reputed
multinational or highly reputed national company, out of which at
least 02 years shall be on managing a team of over 350+
Experience employees.

Experience in labour intensive retail business is preferred.

Graduation: Any Graduate


AND

Qualification
Post-Graduation: MBA (HR/Personnel Management) /
MSW/MHRM (Full-time courses) from UGC recognised Institute

Remuneration Pay Scale shall commensurate with skills, experience and market
trends.
