Understanding the importance of getting a good night’s sleep is crucial. A good night’s sleep
increases one’s capacity to focus, to improve physical condition, and more, according to the
article I used as my source. We adults and students need a decent night’s sleep in order to
perform our everyday tasks more effectively than before. A restful night’s sleep is said to even
lower stress levels along with that it lessen emotional and mood swings.

I agree that sleep is important to me, for the reason that it improves my reflexes during games
of badminton, especially when I play between the times of 7 to 10 in the morning. I’ve observed
that when I don’t get enough sleep, I tend to miss the shuttlecock when I hit it, Nonetheless
getting enough sleep early also helps my eyes and body work more quickly together. Adults
concentrate on their jobs while students concentrate on their studies, as it has been stated that
both adults along with students need adequate sleep. When an exam is approaching, getting a
good night’s sleep might help you with remembering, and becoming familiar with the subject.
Cramming has an effect on us students for the reason that, it increase stress levels, and can lead
to panic in addition to anxiety, aside from that, it could ruin your body clock thus, repeating
cramming again then leading to more negative effects.

Regarding our sleep schedule, we should still try our best to sleep early because it avoids any
possible negative effects that can occur in our body and our immunity to viruses as well. As I
previously stated, sleep helps us focus and improve one’s health, which is why we should sleep
early as much as possible because it may help you improve on a certain skill and improve focus
while doing your work, studies, and researches. Sleeping late has a negative impact on your
mental health. Sleeping late causes mood shifts, brain fog, short temper, and difficulty coping
with stress, although sleeping early can help you with that. Sleeping early has a lot to do with
the environment because people will go to work and school much earlier than they used to, and
they will have a better focus than before. So, let us sleep early and wake up ready for the
challenges that God has in store for us.
