Coach: Good morning, Ma’am Junaina. Welcome to our coaching session.

I'm here to
support your professional growth and help you enhance your teaching practices. Before
we begin, let's take a moment to discuss your goals and aspirations. What specific areas
would you like to focus on?

Teacher: Thank you for meeting with me. I would like to improve my classroom
management skills and explore new instructional strategies to engage my students.

Coach: That’s great. By the way let's start by discussing your current practices and
challenges. Can you provide me with an overview of your classroom dynamics and any
specific difficulties you encounter?

Teacher: In my classroom, I struggle with maintaining learner focus and dealing with
disruptive behaviour because of this, I would like to find ways to make my lessons more
interactive and engaging.

Coach: I appreciate your openness in sharing your challenges. To gain a better

understanding, I would like to ask what do you think is the root of this problem?

Teacher: I think the main root of this problem is the teaching strategies I am using. I
think they aren’t effective or suited to my learners.

Coach: Ahm, why do you think they aren’t suited?

Teacher: because of my observation in which my learners are not engaging.

Coach: Knowing that, what do you think will be the result of this problem if not be
resolved?

Teacher: I think it would lead to low performance result of my learners and they will
continue not to be motivated in learning.

Coach: I see, so what is your remedy to this problem or what do you think will be the
solution to the problem?

Teacher: I think I should look or explore other teaching strategies which can help me to
solve the problem.

Coach: What else, I mean aside from that what else you think will be the best solution to
the problem?
Teacher: Maybe, I could explore instructional techniques that foster student
engagement, such as incorporating more hands-on activities, collaborative learning, or
technology integration.

Coach: That's wonderful to hear. After that, what will be the next step?

Teacher: I would like to create an action plan which will serve as a roadmap for my
growth and may be you can help me with it.

Coach: of course anytime, I’m just here to help and guide you. Now, how do you feel
right now?

Teacher: I feel more confident now in managing my classroom, and I am excited for my
learners to be active in participating to our lesson.

Coach: That's excellent to hear. Your dedication and hard work will all be paid off in
time. Congratulations for finishing this coaching session with me. I’m hoping for the
good result of this coaching session.

Teacher: Thank you also sir for doing the coaching session with me and for guiding to
choose the solution to my problem.

Coach: You’re always welcome.
