c.) Accepts the fact that the changes in one’s body is absolutely normal.

b.) Motivation
c.) Lesson Proper:
Possible Bodily Changes that boys usually experienced:
1.) Deeping of voice.
2.) Broadening of shoulders.
3.) Growth of facial hair.
4.) Growth of hair in the legs, chest and armpit.
5.) Reproductive organs mature.
6.) Growth of pubic hair around private area.
Possible Bodily Changes that Girls usually experienced:
1.) Development of breast.
2.) Hip curves become more noticeable
3.) Growth of the pubic hair in the armpit and pubic area.
4.) Reproductive organs become more mature.
5.) Onset of menstruation.
6.) Girls start to sweat more.
7.) Girls gain weight.
8.) Pimples.
d.) Drill: answer “Think and Remember” on page 5
e.) Group Activity:
1.) Get your partner of opposite gender. List down your height and weight.
2.) Compare your data and compare the difference.
3.) Discuss your findings to prove that there are physical differences in height and
weight among boys and girls.
