As part of the offer creation

​T echnical support for sales and participation in customer discussions

Creation of internal offers as a basis for the offers

Project management for the development of customer-specific products in the areas

Laser beam sources free beam and fiber coupled
White light sources

Laser / sensor / control combinations for analytics and life science applications

As part of the project management

Supporting customers together with sales

Planning and compliance with technical objectives, cost and scheduling

Support of optical designers and construction

As a rule, projects are transferred to series production

Ongoing project documentation

Initiation and implementation of basic projects to expand the technological platform,

improve quality and reduce costs

We make these requirements

Completed studies (FH, Bachelor/Master) in the field of systems engineering with a

focus on photonics, microtechnology or related engineering and natural sciences

A few years of professional experience in industry, ideally as a project manager

good written and spoken English knowledge

Independent and structured way of working as well as a strong and assertive

character

General enjoyment of leading a project team including working with a wide variety of
personalities
