I feel I must complain about the last flight I had with Maple Air. It is unacceptable that some services are
offered by the mentioned airline and the passengers receive a very questionable treatment.
The main problem is your staff: they are quite rude. I am vegetarian and I asked about some options for me.
My answer was that they don’t receive any special solicitation, so a dish with a large amount of meat was
given to me. It could be toxic and fatal to my body. It was the same with movies; a vintage movie was being
broadcast during the flight and I asked about a newest one. I had the same answer. It is a miracle my
belongings were not stolen or lost at airport.
Taking everything into account, I demand a partial refund. This kind of services affect your reputation
specially if you think that a handsome sum of money had to be paid for each ticket. It has been the worst
experience of my gap year. I look forward to hearing from you.
