Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the service provided by your company. I thoroughly enjoy being the
client of this airline, however the last time I experienced unpleasant situation connected with flight
cancellation.

The thing I would like to draw your attention to is that I was absolutely confident that your
company is a serious one and such issues like flight delays don't happen. The point is that when I
arrived at the local airport, I was informed of postponiment of connecting flight, which, in the end,
was cancelled. Not only was the problem with the flight, but the personnel didn't want to provide
me with any further assistance.

To make matters worse, I had to find accommodation myself, which caused me additional expenses.
In addition to this, I was not fully informed about the time for my next flight – it made me feel
nervous and as a result I suffered from sleep deprivation.
