    The customer had a poor first and last experience flying with American Airlines. When boarding the first class section of the plane, the customer found it dirty with garbage everywhere. Upon sitting down, another passenger yelled at the customer for being in the wrong seat. The flight attendant then moved the customer to an economy class seat for the duration of the flight.     Dear Sir or Madam

    I have a complaint about my last flight with your company, actually it was my first
    and last flight with that airlines.It wasn't a positive start for me as a passanger

    The problem was that I ordered a sit in first class of this plane but the plane
    looked
    terrible there was garbage all around me and seats were dirty all the way, but i
    said
    ok i will somehow survive that flight, but worst was yet to come, When I take a
    seat some old man
    started yelling on me because that isn't my seat, so i left a seat and he sat
    there. The stewarddes moved me to second class seat where
    i was all remaining time of flight. This flight cost me 100$ and I will never fly
    with your airlines

    As a compensation i want refund my money and add some another money to them . I
    hope it will be quick without
    any other problems in communication.
