I hope this letter finds you well. I recently returned from a


holiday organized by your company, and I am writing to express
my dissatisfaction with the tour arrangements.

Firstly, I found the itinerary to be poorly planned. There were


long periods of travel without adequate breaks, leaving us
feeling exhausted and unable to enjoy the destinations fully. For
example, during our visit to the historical sites, we were rushed
through the attractions, barely having time to appreciate their
significance.

Additionally, the accommodation provided was substandard.


The hotels were often located far from the city center, making it
inconvenient for us to explore the area independently.
Furthermore, the rooms were not as advertised, with amenities
lacking and cleanliness being an issue.

Moreover, the coach transportation was uncomfortable, with


limited legroom and no onboard entertainment. This made the
long journeys tedious and unpleasant.

I understand that unexpected challenges can arise during travel,


but the overall experience fell short of my expectations. In light
of these issues, I kindly request that the company considers
offering compensation or a partial refund for the tour.

improve the quality of your services for future customers.
